ENVY AND CRAZY LEGS IN NYC
ENVY MEETS CRAZY LEGS AT THE KINGS OF NEW YORK DANCE COMPETITION JULY 2007 Legends are hard to come by and when you do its important that we show them the upmost respect that they deserve for paving the way..

Yes this picture was taken at The Kings of New York 4 Dance event that is held every year. My first time goin, and it wuz B-boys, b-girls, poppers and lockers were in every corner of the gymnasium. Dancers were even outside in cyphers, some of my favorites poppers were gettin down including Dementia of ABM, Tiny Love, and Hypno. Envy stepped in the cyhper and did our thang as well. We entered the poppin battles where Brian "Footwork" green, dance extraordinaire was a poppin judge. Buddha Stretch wuz in da place to, he was scheduled to battle later on in the event. So after some poppin battles there wuz a break , and the b-boys were battlin. So me Pop'n Ice and Solo were just waitin for the next poppin battles 2 start. Just then, this guy walked over toward the Dj that had a familiar look, it wuz none other than the legendary Crazy Legz from The Rock Steady Crew! The emcee annouced it and EnVy managed to introduce ourselves and get a picture in, 2 to be exact...lol. He wuz cool, and took the picture with us easily. Meetin him was an honor because, not too to often people come across others who paved the way for the new genaration in a positive form. We didn't get a chance to talk 2 him but the nite turned out 2 be, fun overall. Envy made it to the Semi-finals which was great for our first time goin. And wat made the nite the best wuz that, IT WUZ FREE!!! lol peace
